Fall is known as snow show season throughout the snowmobile industry, but if you're a snowmobile dealer, it's also open house season. Some happen to do it up a little more than others.

The folks at Road Track & Trail, an Arctic Cat dealership in Big Bend, Wis., know how to have a good time at their open house events. It starts with the claim of being the "World's largest pre-owned powersports dealership." One look at their used showroom will tell you not to bother second guessing that claim. There were more than 350 snowmobiles in stock to pick from at their latest open house event held Oct. 8, 2016. Plus, there were plenty of new sleds to pick from as well!

While people from all over southeastern Wisconsin come to peruse the sleds, they also come for the fun. Opportunities like the chance to play a game of bean bags against Team Woodie's Arctic Cat racers don't come around everyday, and a win against Team Green netted you some nifty prizes to boot. Huge discounts on parts and accessories never hurt attendance either. And just for the heck of it, those who showed up were also able to take in the "Wheelie Wizard Stunt Show" and grab some free food and drinks with a thousand other snowmobilers too!

Owner Nick Rank and staff put out a ton of effort to make sure a good time was had by everyone, young and old. The crew at Road Track & Trail even built a Kitty Cat race course to host a kids racing exhibition with the Wisconsin Kitty Cat Racers. The non-profit organization promotes kids racing from age 4-15 in various classes of Kitty Cat, 120cc youth snowmobiles, and smaller displacement vintage sleds.

These types of dealer events are fun, family friendly, and offer a great way to kick off the season. The crew at Road Track & Trail certainly know how to do it right, but there are plenty of dealers throughout the country that know how to show their customers a good time. We may have to spend weekends without snow at this time of year, but this sounds like a great way to kill the time!
