5 Wisconsin snocross racers to compete at X Games

Five Wisconsin snowmobile snocross racers will compete at  Winter X Games, January 23-26, in Aspen, Colo.

This marks the 18th edition of the winter event and 13 consecutive years in Aspen.

Mike Bauer, 24, from Medford, Wis. will be competing in snocross.This is Mike Bauer's first time competing at X Games. He is currently ranked 18th in points for ISOC's Pro Open.

Justin Broberg, 24, from North Prairie, Wis.  will be competing in snocross. Broberg competed in the 2011 and 2013 X Games snocross events. Both times finishing ninth. Broberg is currently ranked sixth in points for ISOC's Pro Open.

Kody Kamm, 19, from Kenosha, Wis. will be competing in snocross. Kamm competed in 2013 and finished sixth. He is currently ranked second in points for ISOC's Pro Open.

Andrew Lieders, 26, from Colby, Wis. will be competing as well in snocross. Lieders will be competing for the first time at X Games, and he is currently ranked third in points for ISOC's Pro Lite.

Ross Martin, 29, from Burlington, Wis. is the final Wisconsinite competing in X Games snocross competition. He has competed in X Games starting in 2004. His finishes include one bronze in 2006, a silver in 2011, silver in 2010 and silver in 2013. He is currently ranked third in points for ISOC's Pro Open competition.   

The snowmobile freestyle final will take place Thursday, January 23 from 9-11 ET on ESPN.
