Ah the end of the road, Our snow season has come to an end with the final event being Spring Fling at Toggenburg Mountain in Fabius,NY.
This event use to be called the Climb for the Cure. This year the event organizer, Jerry Rice, made some changes. He did this so the payouts would be bigger for the racers.
The racers love this event the resort stock piles snow for it every year. The weather was great with temps in the upper 30’s and sun shinning made it feel like spring time.
Some results from the day would be Renegade Racing’s Time Traveler piloted by Joe Pamkowski took top honors in KOH Open Outlaw, Renegade Racing also took #1’s in four other classes. It was well organized and very well run. They run threw the classes very quickly but very easy to understand. This year they started racing at 12:10pm and had them completed by 5:10pm. So it is not event that will take several hours to complete. Jerry and his crew do a great job and are already working on next years event.
