We've come to expect that Tucker Hibbert (Monster Energy / Arctic Cat / Ram Trucks) will find his way onto many ISOC National Snocross podiums, but he was especially dominant this past weekend at the Deadwood Shootout in Deadwood, S.D. For the first time in his career, Hibbert won all four qualifying rounds and both final events at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo Grounds.

To the delight of the sold-out crowd, Hibbert overcame startline picks and poor starts. No matter how rough the course got, the nine-time champion battled his way to the front every time he hit the track. In Friday's Pro Open final, Hibbert beat out Corin Todd (Leighton Motorsports) and Tim Tremblay (AMSOIL / Air Force / Ford). Adam Renheim (BOSS Racing) and Jake Scott (Jess Racing) finished second and third, respectively, in Saturday's final.

“This weekend was huge for me and my team," said Hibbert. "I knew we were in a good place coming into the event, but it’s always challenging racing on a track like this. No matter what challenge was thrown at us this weekend, we found a way to get the job done."

Despite Hibbert's love-hate relationship with Deadwood, this is just one of his many unforgettable moments on the sub 30-second bullring-style track. Last winter, he had a come-from-behind win en route to his 100th career victory.

"Even though I’m not a big fan of racing on this track, the fans make it worth it," said Hibbert. "They were crazy and kept me pushing all weekend. It feels so good to come out of Deadwood with the sweep and ready to battle at X Games this week.”

Hibbert now has a 66-point lead over Tremblay (299 points) in the Pro Open Championship chase, while Renheim is currently in third place (288 points).

In the Pro Am Women's class, Marica Renheim (BOSS Racing) pulled off her third straight win, nudging past points leader Elina Ohman (Team Southside / Polaris / Mystik Lubricants / FXR Racing) on the last lap. Megan Brodeur (Anderson Racing) finished third.
